Reinhard Fluri, of Solothurn, Switzerland, and raised at the foot of the Jura Mountains near the French-Swiss border, has a rich artistic journey. He studied at the School of Visual Arts in Biel. Currently, Reinhard lives and works in Halten, Switzerland. His artistic endeavors are deeply influenced by the scenic surroundings and cultural richness of his Swiss homeland.
Sometimes she is generous, takes her time, stays calm and shows me her true reality.
Quickly but carefully, I feel my way from the brilliance of a blade of grass to the next, over well-formed rock, to the depths of the blue haze of the soft horizon.
Without understanding a word, she speaks a few familiar phrases to me, and without leaving, she leaves me with her shell woven from magical memories.
I will never understand her, but I will understand what makes her understandable.
Our great nature.
